I think that Toni Morrison and her work match the writer described by her because Morrison’s work is a reflection about the social practices in which all the persons who conform a specific cultural context are involved. In her work she tries to show a reality bur she also tries, deeply and sensitively, to explore the impact and influence of this reality over each person. Thus Morrison gives the opportunity to be aware of how we shape our personality, our thought, and so on, in relation with the other and also in relation with our social and cultural reality. In Tar Baby Toni Morrison explores this kind of phenomenon between black and black, black and white, and women and men showing different situation and problems when the characters share their psychological, cultural and emotional features.
