what is reading?

Reading is more than read simple words. Is to go beyond reality. Is to build meaning from writing, gesture and all those communication´s ways.

The author has a purpose and an intention, that could be expositive, argumentative, descriptive or narrative. Sometimes with a clear message, but mostly is codified, What force us to apply our own knowledge and experiences to decode it.

Reading let us travel through the other people´s thought. That could be exciting, romantic, crazy and all those things are prosecute and interpret by our minds from the author´s mind. All those things accompanied by a little touche of our own experiences, are going to help us to create new others, which are going to contribute in our identity development.

  1. I like especially the second paragraph because there are not a better moment as you find your own experiences, feelings and thoughts in some book.
